Challenge:
A new client came to Exhibit Systems with a request to downsize. Their 30’ x 30’ booth travelled in 16 very large wood crates and took 8 union hands all day to set up, and it was very costly in shipping and drayage. They also needed a large projection screen built into the display along with storage space.
Solution:
Exhibit Systems designed a new structure using extruded aluminum supports and lightweight 44” panels. We created the inside storage area with enough open space for the video projector and 11.5’ screen. The whole booth now travels in 5 small crates and one large crate, resulting in a huge savings for the client.

Challenge:
Our client needed a way to display numerous fishing reels at their trade shows. They tried a number of different methods but were not satisfied.
Solution:
Exhibit Systems designed and built five 6’ counters that utilized a two-tiered display system that held 90 reels that are attached to 12” fishing rod handles. Along with backlit display windows in the front and plenty of storage in the back, these custom built laminated counters did the trick.
