Exhibit Systems has once again strengthened its design and fabrication team with the addition of Chris Dakins, a creative professional with three decades’ experience in the trade show industry.
Dakins, a veteran craftsman and artist, brings an extensive background in creating two- and three-dimensional exhibits that make the displays stand out from the crowd. His design, painting and construction talents have brought ideas to life for more than 30 years.
Dakins comes to Exhibit Systems from Triad Creative, where he also built models for architectural, industrial and museum purposes.
“We are exceptionally pleased to welcome Chris to our design and building team, where his artistic and hands-on abilities compliment an already very talented group,” said Dave Jentz, Executive Vice-President of Exhibit Systems. “His background in meshing amazing graphics with trade show displays further strengthens our ability to create exhibits that draw people in and get conversations started.”
Dakins also assists customers in the event services arm of Exhibit Systems. He prepares displays for shipping to events, and attends shows to assist with the installation and dismantling of exhibits.
Dakins is a graduate of the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, where he focused on illustration and design.
